mCallz: Best Call Management Software in 2026, 8 Options Listed

The best call management software is the one that logs every business call against a customer, prompts the next step, and fits the phones and budget a team already has. mCallz publishes this page, so it lists itself first; the seven other apps are described only from their own websites, read on 20 October 2026.

  • Eight SIM-based apps, each with its own best-for line
  • Prices exactly as each vendor publishes them
  • Anything a vendor does not publish is marked "not stated"

Calls go out on each phone's own SIM. Dialer, CRM and WhatsApp for ₹4,000 per user a year (₹333/month), down to ₹208/month for bigger teams. GST extra.

  • Works on the SIM in each phone
  • Android, iPhone and web
  • Free trial at app.mcallz.com

The short answer

What is the best call management software?

The best call management software for a phone sales team runs on its own SIMs, ties each call to a lead and publishes its price.

mCallz is one of eight SIM-based call management apps on this list, and it is also the publisher, so read its entry with that in mind. All eight take over or sit beside the phone's dialer and place calls from the SIM already in the handset, so none of them needs a virtual number to work. They differ on four things a buyer can check in minutes: whether callers can use an iPhone, whether a free plan exists, the published price per user, and how long the trial lasts. The six competitors that publish a rupee price charge ₹1,908 to ₹2,388 per user a year before tax. mCallz costs more than all of them: ₹4,000 per user for teams of up to 4, falling to ₹2,500 at 20 users, so it competes on features rather than price. Weodialer shares its price only on WhatsApp. Every competitor fact was read on 20 October 2026, and the mCallz facts come from its feature list of 14 October 2026.

  1. All eight call from the phone's own SIM; none is an inbound call-centre system.
  2. Five list an iPhone app; three are Android-only for callers.
  3. Four offer a free dialer or free plan; mCallz offers a free trial instead.

Benefits

Best call management software benefits to expect from any pick

01

Calls tied to customers

Each call lands on a lead record with an outcome, so the history survives a busy week and a staff change.

02

Reminders that interrupt

A promised callback should ring at the minute it was promised, not sit as a silent notification.

03

List dialling

An auto dialer that moves to the next number by itself saves the typing between hundreds of calls.

04

Messages after calls

A WhatsApp sent automatically after a missed or finished call keeps a lead warm without extra typing.

05

One view for the owner

Team call logs show who called whom, so the daily "how many calls?" question answers itself.

Method

How we chose this best call management software list

This list is short on purpose. mCallz names only the seven apps on its approved list, all of them, and no others, so the page stays a like-for-like comparison of SIM-based tools rather than a mix of every phone product on the market.

Each competitor fact comes from that vendor's own website, read on 20 October 2026, and the page we read is linked in every entry. We did not sign up for the competitors' apps or test them hands-on, so the features listed are what each vendor says about itself. Where a site did not publish a fact, the entry says "not stated" rather than guessing.

  • Order: mCallz first because this is its website; the other seven follow in no ranked order.
  • What we recorded: what the product is, the platforms it names, main features, published price with currency, free trial and free plan.
  • What we left out: star ratings, user counts and awards, because a vendor's own site is not an independent source for them.
  • Prices: copied as published, before tax; yearly totals are the monthly figure times twelve where the vendor shows only a monthly rate.

The eight

Best call management software for 2026: the eight apps

Every entry follows the same pattern: what it is, where it runs, the published price, the trial, and the team it suits best. Competitor links open the vendor page we read.

The site says the company behind it sells IVR and cloud telephony as separate services. Best for: buyers happy to get a quote on WhatsApp for their team size, or who may want the same company's separate IVR later. Source: weodialer.com.

6. TelecallingSoftware.com

A telecalling app and CRM for Indian sales teams that replaces the phone app on each caller's Android phone. Works on: Android 8 or newer for callers; web dashboard for managers; the site says there is no iPhone version for callers. Platforms

Best call management app for Android and iPhone: who supports what

All eight run on Android, and on every one of them automatic logging of SIM calls depends on Android, because iOS keeps the call log away from apps. The split is on iPhone:

  • iPhone app listed: mCallz, RMDialer (iOS 17 or newer), Weodialer, AutodialCRM and NLCaller.
  • Android only for callers: Telodial, Dialmio and TelecallingSoftware.com, each with a browser dashboard for owners.
  • Web view for the owner: every one of the eight names a web dashboard or web CRM, except Weodialer, whose homepage does not state one.

Prices

Best call management software in India: what the prices add up to

The competitors' rupee prices sit close together, while mCallz costs noticeably more, so the totals matter more than the headline. Here is the yearly bill for a ten-person team on each vendor's yearly plan, before tax, using only the figures each site published:

  • RMDialer and Telodial: ₹19,080 a year each.
  • TelecallingSoftware.com: ₹19,320 a year.
  • Dialmio and NLCaller: ₹19,440 a year each.
  • AutodialCRM: ₹23,880 a year.
  • mCallz: ₹30,000 a year (US$335.60), at its ₹3,000 rate for 10 to 19 users; the highest total here.
  • Weodialer: not stated; price on request.

Free options

Best call management app free options: free plans versus trials

A free plan and a free trial are not the same thing. Four vendors publish a free tier that keeps working after the trial: RMDialer and Dialmio keep their dialer free, TelecallingSoftware.com has a free-forever plan without team features, and NLCaller has a free Basic Dialer. AutodialCRM installs free, with paid use billed per user.

mCallz has a free trial rather than a free plan, so the whole app, including team call logs, can be tried on real calls before anyone pays. Weodialer's site states neither a trial nor a free tier.

Trial checks

Best call management app for Android: five checks during a trial

  1. Make it the default dialer

Confirm the app can take over calling on your own handsets and that both SIMs behave as expected.

  2. Import a real list

Load a sheet of genuine leads, not samples, and see how duplicates and country codes are handled.

  3. Dial for an hour

Run the auto dialer through that list and check how unanswered and dropped calls come back.

  4. Miss a call on purpose

See whether the follow-up message and the callback reminder arrive the way you set them.

  5. Read it as the owner

Open the web view at the end of the day and check that every caller's calls are there.

Honest limits

Best call management software limits: what this list cannot tell you

Use this page as a starting shortlist, not a final verdict. It has these gaps:

  • We read websites, not accounts. The seven competitors were not tested hands-on, so their features are as each vendor describes them. Run your own trial before paying.
  • Prices move. Every figure was correct on 20 October 2026 and excludes tax. Check the vendor's page on the day you buy.
  • None of these is an inbound call-centre system. All eight call from phone SIMs. mCallz offers no IVR menu, rented number or queue at the moment, though all three are planned, so a support desk behind one number should look at cloud telephony providers.
  • No predictive dialling from mCallz. Its dialer calls numbers singly, always with someone speaking, and never plays recorded messages; check the other vendors' sites if you need more.
  • No ratings here. We left out star ratings and user counts because the only source would have been each vendor's own claim.

Worked example

Best call management software example: a Colombo agency narrowing the list

An insurance agency in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The business is an illustration, not a named customer.

6agents, two of them on iPhones
5apps left after the iPhone check
2apps put through a one-week trial
US$232.92mCallz for 6 agents for a year at US$38.82 each (₹21,000), before tax

The agency's manager starts with the platform rule: two agents will not give up their iPhones, so the app must have an iPhone version. That removes Telodial, Dialmio and TelecallingSoftware.com and leaves mCallz, RMDialer, Weodialer, AutodialCRM and NLCaller.

The agency pays in US dollars, so the manager compares the yearly dollar prices that were published: NLCaller at $25 per user, RMDialer at $29, AutodialCRM at $2.79 a month and mCallz at US$38.82 per user for a team of 6 (its 5 to 9 users rate). Weodialer would need a WhatsApp quote. mCallz is the dearest of the four, at US$232.92 a year for six agents before tax, so it stays on the shortlist only if attendance and field routes matter to the agency.

Two finalists then get a week of real renewal calls each, using the five trial checks above. The iPhone users know in advance that their SIM calls will not be logged automatically on any of the apps. The agency and its figures are invented for this illustration.

Questions

Best call management software FAQ

Which is the best call management software for teams on both iPhone and Android?

mCallz is a good fit for mixed teams that also want attendance and field routes in the same account, though its price is higher than the others here. RMDialer, Weodialer, AutodialCRM and NLCaller also list iPhone apps, and RMDialer and NLCaller publish lower prices.

Who is mCallz the best call management software for?

mCallz is the best call management software choice for teams that want calling, WhatsApp, staff attendance and field routes in one account across Android and iPhone. Teams that only need a free dialer, or an inbound menu and queue, should look elsewhere.

How much does the best call management software cost with mCallz?

An mCallz seat is ₹4,000 a year (US$44.08), near ₹333 monthly, on a team of 1 to 4; the yearly seat price steps down at 5 and 10 users and reaches ₹2,500 (US$28.30) at 20. Those figures are before tax, teams above 20 get a quote, and every feature is included at every size.

Which is the best call management app for Android?

All eight apps on this list run on Android, and all of them need it for automatic call logging. Choose on price, free plan and trial: RMDialer and Telodial publish the lowest yearly rupee rate, while TelecallingSoftware.com and NLCaller have free tiers.

Which call management apps have a free plan?

Four publish a free tier: RMDialer and Dialmio keep their dialers free, TelecallingSoftware.com has a free-forever plan, and NLCaller has a free Basic Dialer. mCallz offers a free trial instead of a free plan.

What is the best call management software in India for a small team?

For a small Indian team the competitors' published yearly prices cluster between ₹1,908 and ₹2,388 per user, while mCallz costs ₹4,000 for up to 4 users, so pick on platforms and features first. Android-only teams can start with the lowest rates; teams with iPhones should shortlist the five apps that list one.

Do these call management apps need a virtual number?

No. All eight place calls from the SIM already in each phone, so customers see the caller's own mobile number and nothing is rented.

Which apps on this list can record calls?

Dialmio says it records calls on supported Android phones, RMDialer says recording is set up with its team, and mCallz imports the phone's own recordings. Telodial says it does not record calls; the other sites we read did not state it clearly.

Which call management software suits an inbound call centre?

None of the eight is built for one. They all work through phone SIMs, and mCallz has no IVR, virtual numbers or queues today, so an inbound centre should compare cloud telephony providers instead.

Why does Weodialer show "not stated" for its price?

Its website asks buyers to request the current plans on WhatsApp instead of publishing them. We only list prices a vendor publishes, so the entry says not stated.

How were the competitor facts on this page checked?

Each fact was read from the vendor's own website on 20 October 2026, and that page is linked in the entry. We did not use review sites, and we did not test the competitors' apps ourselves.

Do the prices on this list include tax?

No. Every price is shown before tax, as the vendors publish them, and GST or local taxes are added when you pay.
