For loan DSAs, brokers and lender sales teams

mCallz: Loan CRM for DSA Teams Working Thousands of Loan Leads

A loan CRM is a lead and file tracker for people who sell loans, recording each applicant, the stage their application has reached and every call along the way, from first enquiry to disbursal. mCallz pairs that tracker with an auto dialer on each caller's phone, so a DSA team can work thousands of leads and move every file through its own pipeline.

  • Auto dial imported lead lists, with redial for missed numbers
  • Statuses you name yourself, from first call to disbursed
  • Document checklists sent on WhatsApp from My Docs

Calls go out on each phone's own SIM. Dialer, CRM and WhatsApp for ₹4,000 per user a year (₹333/month), down to ₹208/month for bigger teams. GST extra.

  • Works on the SIM in each phone
  • Android, iPhone and web

The short answer

What is a loan CRM?

A loan CRM tracks loan enquiries from first call to disbursal, keeping each applicant's stage, remarks and next follow-up in one record.

mCallz is a loan CRM for DSAs, loan brokers and the sales teams of banks and lenders who call large lead lists from their mobiles. Lists arrive from Excel, CSV, a Google Sheet or a REST API with duplicate numbers dropped, and each file stays a separate list that can be filtered or dialled. Its auto dialer rings each number on a list in turn from the caller's own SIM, redialling unanswered numbers up to three times. After every call, the caller moves the applicant along statuses the team defines, such as "Documents pending", "File logged with lender", "Sanctioned" and "Disbursed", and leaves a remark that appears on the next call. Checklists and forms kept in My Docs, or saved WhatsApp templates with attachments, reach the applicant in one tap. Leads move between team members with their history kept, and unreached numbers wait in a lost leads list for a later win-back. Feature details follow the list dated 14 October 2026.

  1. The dialer carries the volume, not thumbs on a keypad.
  2. Each file's stage and last remark are in front of whoever calls next.
  3. Leads that went nowhere stay on a list you can call again.

Benefits

Loan CRM benefits for DSA and lender teams

01

Large lists worked faster

The auto dialer calls imported leads one after another, with a ring limit for numbers that never pick up.

02

A pipeline in your own words

Create, rename, recolour and reorder statuses until the CRM matches each lender's process.

03

Documents sent in a tap

Checklists, forms and rate sheets go out on WhatsApp from My Docs or a saved template.

04

Clean hand-overs

Pass an applicant to the colleague who deals with the lender, and the transfer history stays on the lead.

05

Remarks that travel

Notes from earlier calls appear during the next call with that applicant, whoever makes it.

06

Second chances

Numbers that were never properly reached collect in a lost leads list for a later campaign.

High-volume calling

Loan CRM software for high-volume lead lists

Loan selling runs on volume. A DSA office may receive thousands of names a week from lender campaigns, ad forms, partner referrals and walk-ins, and most will never qualify. The first job of a loan CRM is to make that volume workable without a spreadsheet war.

In mCallz, every Excel, CSV or JSON file, and every connected Google Sheet or REST API source, becomes a list of its own. The same mobile number never lands twice from one import, numbers without a country code are read correctly, failed rows are listed with the reason, and a bad file can be deleted together with only the leads it created.

From any list or filter, a caller starts the auto dialer. Numbers that ring out get up to three more tries, a ring limit cuts short calls to switched-off phones, and the team sets how long a conversation must last before the applicant is ticked off, so a two-second hang-up is not reported as worked. Managers can also fix the pause between calls so nobody changes it.

Loan pipeline

DSA CRM pipeline: custom statuses from first call to disbursal

Every lender and loan product has its own steps, so mCallz lets the team name them, colour them and drag them into order. A typical DSA pipeline looks like this:

  1. Interested

The applicant wants a loan and roughly fits the product; amount, income and city go into custom fields, and the loan type is attached as a product.

  2. Documents pending

The checklist has been sent, and a follow-up reminder rings on the day the applicant promised to share the papers.

  3. File logged with lender

The case has gone to a bank or finance company, and the lead carries a tag for that lender so files can be filtered by it.

  4. Sanctioned

Approval is in; the remark records the amount and conditions to explain on the next call.

  5. Disbursed, or closed

A paid-out loan can turn into a paid client with the loan as a product. A file that dies gets the team's own closing status, such as "Rejected", and stays filterable for later.

Documents and messages

Loan CRM documents: My Docs, WhatsApp templates and remarks

Most loan files stall on paperwork. mCallz includes My Docs, a place to keep any file under categories you create, such as one folder per lender or loan type, and share it to WhatsApp or any other app. A caller can send the home loan checklist or a lender's application form while the applicant is still on the line.

For messages sent dozens of times a day, saved templates keep the text and the attachment together. Approved WhatsApp templates sync with their category and language, and blanks such as the applicant's name are filled in before sending. A status can also send its own WhatsApp automatically, so moving a lead to "Documents pending" can deliver the right checklist with no separate step.

Remarks hold what the paperwork cannot: "salary credited on the 5th", "co-applicant is the spouse", "wants a lower instalment". They show on the next call, they can be dictated by voice, and together with chats and reminders they form the applicant's whole story on one screen. Status moves are logged on the applicant's record too, whether made on a phone or on the web.

Team hand-offs

CRM for loan officers and DSA teams: assignment and transfer

Loan teams often split the work by stage: telecallers qualify, a senior officer collects documents, and someone else deals with the lender. Leads are assigned to each person's pending queue, and a lead can be transferred to the next person with the transfer history kept, so the applicant is not asked the same questions twice.

The Done tab records the route by which each applicant was completed, so a manager can tell dialler sessions from single taps, manual ticks and hand-overs. Team call logs give the owner every caller's calls, and filters on status, tag, product, list and custom fields answer questions such as "which personal loan leads from last week's sheet are still waiting for documents?".

Win-back

Loan DSA CRM win-back: lost leads and rejected files

A rejected or abandoned application is not always finished. Rates change, incomes rise, and a lender with different rules may say yes. mCallz keeps a lost leads list: every number that was dialled yet never got a conversation longer than your cut-off of 60, 30 or 0 seconds appears there once, ready for a fresh session.

Files that did connect but closed with a status such as "Rejected" or "Not interested" stay filterable by that status, with their remarks intact. A few months later, filter them by product or lender tag, send a bulk WhatsApp about a new offer, and use the campaign report to call the people who replied first.

Honest limits

Loan CRM limits: what a DSA should know first

mCallz runs the calling, the pipeline and the follow-ups. Look elsewhere for these:

  • Loan origination and credit checks. mCallz does not pull credit scores, work out eligibility, produce sanction letters or connect to any lender's or credit bureau's system.
  • A vault for applicants' papers. My Docs holds the team's own files under its own categories and is not attached to individual leads, so decide separately where identity and income documents are kept.
  • Predictive dialling or recorded messages. Each phone dials a single applicant and waits for a human conversation; there are no robocalls and no campaigns that ring many lines per caller.
  • Calling-rule checks. The feature list includes no do-not-call registry check, so the team must confirm that every list may be called under local rules.

Worked example

Loan CRM example: a Ludhiana DSA working 3,000 leads a month

A loan DSA office in Ludhiana, India. The business is an illustration, not a named customer.

9telecallers and officers on Android phones
3,000loan leads a month from 3 sources
7custom statuses from Interested to Disbursed
₹31,500per year for 9 seats at ₹3,500 each (US$349.38), GST extra

The office sources personal, business and home loans for several lenders. Leads come from a lender's campaign sheet, the office's own ad form and a monthly referral file from a car dealer, about 3,000 numbers a month in all. Each source is imported as its own list, and duplicate numbers are dropped on the way in.

Seven telecallers start each morning with an auto dialer session on their assigned leads, redialling no-answers twice once the list ends. Interested applicants move to "Documents pending", which sends the checklist for their loan type on WhatsApp, and a reminder rings on the day the papers were promised. Two senior officers receive the transferred files, tag them with the lender and move them on to "File logged", "Sanctioned" or "Disbursed".

Every quarter the owner filters files closed as "Rejected" together with the lost leads list, sends a bulk WhatsApp about a new lender's rates, and has the team ring back anyone who replies. Nine users sit at the top of the 5 to 9 users band, so the office pays ₹31,500 a year (US$349.38) before GST; a tenth hire would move every seat to the ₹3,000 rate.

Questions

Loan CRM FAQ

Which loan CRM can auto dial thousands of leads from a phone?

mCallz can. Point its auto dialer at an imported list or any filter and it calls each applicant in turn from the caller's own SIM, retrying silent numbers as many as three times.

Is mCallz a loan CRM?

Yes. mCallz is a loan CRM that dials large lead lists, moves each applicant through statuses the team names itself, and sends document checklists on WhatsApp from the same phone.

How much does a loan CRM cost with mCallz?

Each telecaller or officer needs a yearly seat. A DSA with up to four people pays ₹4,000 per seat (US$44.08), and the rate steps down at five, ten and 20 users; larger offices ask for a quote on WhatsApp. GST or local tax is added, and the auto dialer and pipeline are part of every seat.

What is CRM in loan process?

In the loan process, a CRM is where the seller records each applicant, the product they want, the documents still missing and the stage the file has reached. It lets a team follow every case from first call to disbursal without losing track.

What is the best CRM for loan DSA?

For a DSA team that calls from mobiles, mCallz fits closely: high-volume dialling, custom loan statuses, WhatsApp document checklists and transfers between staff, at a per-user price. A DSA that needs lender integrations or eligibility calculators will need another system alongside it.

Is there a free DSA CRM?

No plan stays free, but trying costs nothing: open a trial account at app.mcallz.com, import a lead file and run real calling sessions first.

What is the best CRM for loan officers?

A loan officer needs fast calling, clear stages and reminders for promised documents. mCallz gives all three on the officer's own phone, along with remarks that appear on the next call.

What is CRM status in a loan application?

It is the stage an application has reached in the seller's or lender's CRM, such as documents pending, under review, sanctioned or disbursed. In mCallz the team names these statuses itself, and each move from one to the next stays in a history on the applicant's record.

Can a loan CRM track documents pending from applicants?

Yes, through a status. Move the applicant to a "Documents pending" status, which can send the checklist on WhatsApp, and set a follow-up for the day the papers were promised.

Can I create my own loan stages in the CRM?

Yes. Statuses can be created, renamed, recoloured, reordered by dragging and deleted when not in use, so each team can mirror its lenders' steps.

Can a loan CRM be used for collection calls?

It can hold the calls, remarks and follow-ups, but collection calling is tightly regulated in many countries, with rules on timing, frequency and conduct. Check the rules where you operate before using any dialer for collections, and treat this answer as general information, not legal advice.

Can leads be moved from one telecaller to another?

Yes. Hand the applicant to a colleague and the record keeps a log of who passed it to whom, while the Done tab marks the lead as completed through a hand-over.

Is there a CRM for mortgage loan officers?

Yes. Mortgage officers can use mCallz the same way as other lenders' sales staff: home loan enquiries imported from sheets, a pipeline named after their own stages, and alarms for every promised callback.

Can a loan CRM check credit scores?

Not mCallz. It has no credit bureau connection or eligibility calculator; the officer checks scores in the lender's or bureau's own system and records the result as a remark or custom field.
