What you pay for with mCallz
Seats, not phone lines. mCallz uses the SIM already in each phone, so there are no numbers to rent and no per-minute call charges from mCallz. Your mobile operator bills calls as usual.

Is mCallz priced per user or per company?
Per user, billed once a year. Each person who signs in needs a seat, and the price per seat falls as your team grows.
How does the team-size discount work?
Your whole team pays the price of its size band. Teams of 1 to 4 pay ₹4,000 per user, 5 to 9 pay ₹3,500, 10 to 19 pay ₹3,000 and a 20-user team pays ₹2,500 per user each year.
Are taxes included in the mCallz price?
No. All prices are before tax, and GST is added when you pay.
Is there a monthly or 3-month plan?
No. mCallz is billed yearly. The monthly figures on this page, such as ₹333 a month, are the yearly price divided by twelve to make comparison easier.
What does a team of more than 20 users pay?
Teams larger than 20 users get a custom quote. Message the mCallz team on WhatsApp with your team size to get one.
Why are prices shown in rupees and US dollars?
mCallz is priced in Indian rupees. Buyers outside India see the US dollar figure beside each band, for example US$44.08 per user a year for small teams.
