mCallz: JustCall Alternatives for Sellers Who Work From Personal Mobiles
A good JustCall alternative depends on how a team sells: some buyers want a cloud dialer with rented numbers and texting, others want calling, follow-up and WhatsApp to stay on the mobiles they already use. mCallz serves the second group, running the dialer, lead pipeline and WhatsApp automation from each seller's own SIM.
- Your existing mobile numbers, no lines to buy
- WhatsApp after every call, plus bulk sends and a chat inbox
- JustCall's plan prices quoted from its own pricing page
Calls go out on each phone's own SIM. Dialer, CRM and WhatsApp for ₹4,000 per user a year (₹333/month), down to ₹208/month for bigger teams. GST extra.
- Works on the SIM in each phone
- Android, iPhone and web
- Free trial at app.mcallz.com
The short answer
What should a JustCall alternative offer?
It should match how your team really calls: inbound menus and texting point to cloud tools, while sellers on personal mobiles need a phone-based CRM.
mCallz is that phone-based option. The app sits on each seller's Android phone or iPhone and, on Android, becomes the phone's dialer, so calls leave from the seller's normal number while every one is tied to a lead. A two-tap sheet after each call records the stage, a short note and a callback time, and that callback later rings like an alarm. An auto dialer works lists one call at a time with up to three redials, and WhatsApp can fire automatically after missed, incoming or outgoing calls. JustCall is a cloud phone and messaging platform: its pricing page, read on 20 October 2026, showed the Team plan at US$29 per user a month on annual billing for the US and Canada, with at least two licences. mCallz is ₹4,000 (US$44.08) per user per year for up to 4 sellers, with lower per-seat rates for bigger teams.
- JustCall wins on rented numbers in 70+ countries, IVR, SMS and multi-line dialers.
- mCallz wins when sellers use their own mobiles and customers prefer WhatsApp.
- A short trial on real phones settles it faster than any feature list.
Benefits
JustCall alternative benefits when calls start on a SIM
Calls from a known number
Buyers see the seller's regular mobile, the one already saved in their contacts.
WhatsApp that sends itself
Missed, inbound and outbound calls can each trigger a different message, and so can a change of lead stage.
Redials handled by the app
Unanswered numbers come back up to three times, and dropped calls are retried before a lead counts as unreached.
Sales and after-sales together
A won lead becomes a paid client with amounts due and renewal reminders in the same app.
No seat floor
A single seller can start on one licence at ₹4,000 a year (US$44.08).
Where JustCall is stronger
JustCall competitors: the jobs JustCall does better
Some teams are better off on JustCall. The points below come from JustCall's own pricing page and home page, checked on 20 October 2026.
- Numbers in many countries. JustCall includes two numbers per account and offers local numbers in more than 70 countries. mCallz works only with the SIM numbers your team holds.
- IVR from the first plan. IVR and call menu setup is listed on the Team plan, and queue callback with intelligent routing on Pro. mCallz has no IVR or queues today; both are planned.
- Business texting. The US and Canada Team plan lists 500 SMS segments per licence, and Pro adds bulk SMS campaigns. mCallz offers an SMS button on contacts but no bulk SMS.
- Heavier dialers. Pro lists a power dialer, and SalesPro a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines. mCallz works a list singly, one caller per phone.
- A wide integration list. JustCall mentions 100+ CRM and data integrations. mCallz imports from sheets, files and REST APIs and can push call data to another CRM's API.
Where mCallz fits
mCallz vs JustCall on the road, in the showroom and at the desk
mCallz assumes the phone in a seller's pocket is the main tool, not a laptop. On the road, the rep calls from their usual number and the lead card appears as the call connects. In the showroom, a walk-in becomes a lead with just a mobile number and a source tag. At the desk, the manager works through the team call log and the list of leads that never connected.
WhatsApp is where mCallz goes furthest. Each type of call can trigger its own message, a stage change can send a template, campaigns go to a filtered list with delivery and read reports, and conversations remain in the company account after someone resigns. When customers ignore unknown callers, the auto dialer can run the same list as WhatsApp calls, capped at 20 a day by default.
Imports keep the pipeline full without copy and paste. Excel, CSV and JSON files load directly, and a Google Sheet or REST API source is checked on a schedule, with each skipped row shown alongside its reason.
Pricing
JustCall pricing in US dollars against mCallz per-user pricing
JustCall, as published on justcall.io/pricing on 20 October 2026 (US and Canada table): Team at US$29 per user a month billed annually, or US$39 billed monthly; Pro at US$49 annually or US$69 monthly; Pro Plus at US$89 annually or US$109 monthly. Each of those needs at least two licences. Business (from 10 licences) and SalesPro are quoted on request. The page shows other figures to visitors in Australia, the UK and Europe, and it lists no separate New Zealand price.
mCallz: billed only by the year, with tax charged separately. Twelve months for each seller cost ₹4,000, which is US$44.08 or roughly ₹333 monthly, on a team of 1 to 4. Every seat gets cheaper as the team grows: US$38.82 from 5 sellers, US$33.56 from 10 and US$28.30 (₹2,500) at 20, with a quote above 20.
Keep the comparison honest: a JustCall licence bundles numbers, calling minutes and SMS allowances that vary by region, while mCallz leaves calls and texts on each phone's current mobile plan.

Honest limits
JustCall alternative limits: when JustCall is the better buy
mCallz is the wrong swap for some JustCall customers. Stay put, or keep JustCall for part of the work, if:
- You publish one number that several people answer. That needs IVR and queues, which mCallz plans but does not offer yet.
- Texting at volume is central to your sales. JustCall lists SMS bundles and bulk SMS campaigns; mCallz has no bulk SMS.
- Your floor runs multi-line or predictive dialling. In mCallz a human makes every call, a single line at a time, and no recorded robocall is ever played.
- You need numbers in countries where you have no SIM. JustCall offers local numbers in more than 70 countries; mCallz uses only the numbers already in your phones.
- Everyone works on iPhone and needs automatic call logs. Apple blocks third-party access to the iPhone call history, which means automatic SIM-call logging only works on Android.
Worked example
JustCall alternative example: an Auckland used-car dealership
A used-car dealership in Auckland, New Zealand. The business is an illustration, not a named customer.
Buyers who enquire about a car usually message first and call second, and they want to hear from the salesperson they spoke to on the lot. Most of the dealership's calls go out from the sales team; the few that come in are to a salesperson's own mobile.
With mCallz, enquiries from the listing sites arrive through a Google Sheet, and walk-ins are saved on the spot with just a number and a "Walk-in" tag. After a test drive, the salesperson sets a follow-up for two days later, and the WhatsApp sent after the call carries the car's finance options. Buyers who go quiet are picked up by an evening auto dialer session with two redials. Once a car is sold, the buyer becomes a paid client with a service reminder a year out.
At JustCall's published Team price for the US and Canada, eight licences would come to $2,784 a year, including numbers and a calling allowance; JustCall lists no separate New Zealand price. The same eight sellers on mCallz, in the 5 to 9 users band, cost ₹28,000 (US$310.56) a year, with calls on their existing mobile plans. The dealership and its numbers are fictional.

Is JustCall free?
No. JustCall is paid, though a 14-day free trial without a credit card is listed on its pricing page. After the trial, you have 30 days to subscribe before the account is deleted.
What is JustCall pricing per month?
For the US and Canada on 20 October 2026, Team was US$29, Pro US$49 and Pro Plus US$89 per user a month billed annually, or US$39, US$69 and US$109 billed monthly. Each needs at least two licences.
Does JustCall give a free number?
JustCall includes two phone numbers per account on all plans, according to its pricing page. mCallz takes a different route and uses the numbers already on your team's SIM cards.
Which JustCall alternatives work without buying phone numbers?
mCallz works without buying phone numbers. It runs on each seller's phone and places calls over that phone's SIM, so customers see the number they already know.
Is mCallz a JustCall alternative?
mCallz is a JustCall alternative that puts the CRM and WhatsApp automation on the seller's own mobile. It fits outbound and field sales more than inbound support lines.
How much does a JustCall alternative cost with mCallz?
For each seller, mCallz charges ₹4,000 a year, close to US$44.08, when the team has no more than 4; the yearly rate per seller falls at 5 and 10 sellers and is ₹2,500 for a team of 20. Tax is added at checkout, and no phone numbers have to be bought.
Can mCallz send bulk SMS like JustCall?
No. mCallz has an SMS button on each contact but no bulk SMS. Its bulk messaging runs on WhatsApp, either one by one from your phone or as a campaign through the WhatsApp Business API.
Does mCallz have a power dialer?
mCallz has an auto dialer that works down a list by itself, call after call, with a gap you set, a ring limit and as many as three redials. It does not dial several lines at once.
Does mCallz have IVR?
Not yet. mCallz has IVR, rented numbers and queues on its roadmap, none of them shipped, so an inbound line that needs a menu should stay on a cloud phone system for now.
Can I keep JustCall for support and use mCallz for sales?
Yes. Many teams split the work: a cloud line for inbound support and a SIM-based app for sellers. The two run as separate tools; mCallz does not connect to JustCall.
Will mCallz work for a team outside India?
Yes. It runs wherever a handset has mobile coverage, formats foreign numbers correctly, and lets each user pick from more than 40 app languages.
Test a JustCall alternative on the phones you already carry
Pick three sellers, load last month's unworked enquiries and switch on WhatsApp after calls. Two weeks of real results will tell you more than this page can.
